Commercial and Industrial LED Lighting

-Save On Your Business Energy Bills
-Gain Tax Incentives
-Free Assessment Of The Benefits
With electricity prices still high, industrial and commercial LED lighting often offers a return on investment in excess of 100% per annum. With fittings generally coming with a minimum 5 year warranty, there is every possibility that you will see a 5 fold return on your investment in only 5 years.
There is also a Corporation Tax incentive to replace old technology fittings with LED which allows you to claim back 100% of the installed cost against your next tax bill and some limited areas still have grant schemes operating too.
If finding the capital expenditure is a problem there are now many providers of asset finance to cover the upfront cost with the savings from your energy bills more than covering the finance repayments meaning you are cash flow positive from day 1. The finance can even be structured to still allow you to claim the tax incentive.
LED lighting is now a mature and robust technology. Replacing your old lighting will always be a sound investment.
Typically LED lights use a staggering 50 to 90% less electricity than a typical bulb or tube.
What Does This Mean For You?
Using less electricity means lower bills, fewer fossil fuels being burned and in turn, reduced carbon emissions. So, if you’re looking at saving your business money, reducing carbon emissions and improving the quality of the light in your industrial and commercial buildings, LED lighting is a must for you!

Our Process
Our process begins with a Free site survey and re-design of your lighting system (where necessary) so the new lighting meets recommended lighting levels to ensure optimum safety, longevity and efficiency with the minimum number of fittings.
We work toward the end goal of maximising your electricity savings & reducing the capital cost of conversion.
Some areas still offer grants to SMEs to help with the cost of conversion though these are now very limited as the project will be self-financing anyway and many more finance products are becoming available to help with cash flow.
Contact us now for a free, no-obligation survey.
